My role as the 'Product Developer' is to mange the process of developing a product or enhancing products in order to meet customer expectations effectively. As the 'Product Developer', I also conduct research, develop proposals, and supervise the design process.

Marketing Directer
As the 'Marketing Directer', I supervise the development of different branding techniques and marketing campaigns. Other duties include research on products and services, setting budgets for the marketing departments and developing marketing strategies to promote products.
BAILEY MURRAY
IT Design
I have the responsibility of using elements such as typography, illustration, photography and layouts, and deploy them in fresh and exiting ways. As the 'IT Designer', I must ensure that Kmart's online presence is exemplary and that the visuals can be easily absorbed.

Product Manager
As the 'Product Manager', I am responsible for guaranteeing success of specific products and product lines. I bridge the gap among different departments involved in successfully bring products to the market.
TOM SHEFFIELD
Merchandise Manager
My responsibilities as the 'Marketing Manger' include sourcing, managing and curating Kmart's products and promotional material. I oversee the buying process, forecasting inventory demands and trends.
